About this app

DSP Aura is the driver companion app for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). It gives delivery drivers everything they need for the day in one place — no paperwork, no group chats to dig through.

With DSP Aura you can:

• See your schedule and upcoming shifts, and pick up open shifts.
• Set your availability so your DSP knows when you can work.
• Complete your Load Out check before you roll out — capture van and package photos and scan VINs right from your phone.
• Finish your Return to Station checklist at the end of your route.
• Track your performance with daily and weekly scorecards.
• Log fuel and charging with receipt photos for quick reimbursement.
• Message your team and managers in the built-in chat.
• Review and acknowledge any write-ups from your DSP.

DSP Aura is provided to drivers by their employing DSP. You'll need an account created by your DSP to sign in.
