DSPS School App is the official complaint and facility-management app for Dyal Singh Public School, Sector-7, Karnal.

WHAT THIS APP DOES

📋 Complaint Management
Students, parents, and staff can quickly submit complaints about facilities (electricity, furniture, plumbing, internet, and more) directly from their phone — no login required. Complaints are automatically routed to the right department.

🔔 Real-Time Notifications
The moment a complaint is submitted, the responsible Incharge, Engineer, HOD, and Admin are instantly notified. When action is taken, the person who raised the complaint is notified too — keeping everyone informed at every step.

🧹 Cleaning Duty Management
School staff responsible for cleaning and maintenance can log daily duty reports, track completion status by floor and location, and export detailed records.

👥 Role-Based Access
- Complainants: submit complaints instantly, no account needed
- Incharge: manage complaints and cleaning duties for their assigned department/floor
- Engineer: get notified about complaints in their area of expertise
- HOD & Admin: full visibility across all departments, complaints, and staff

🔒 Secure & Private
All staff accounts are protected with encrypted passwords. Optional fingerprint login is available for quick, secure access. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

📊 Excel Export
Admins and HODs can export complete complaint records — including who handled each complaint and when — to Excel for record-keeping.
