Sahal Microfianace Institution Sc is an institution established according to proclamation No 626/2009 to provide basic financial services to the active poor in the rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. The institutions’ mission is to provide inclusive financial service to the active poor who have no access to conventional banks both in the rural and urban areas as one tool to alleviate poverty and support the poverty reduction effort of the regional state and the country at large.

The Web app version of esahal wallet isn't working, as an agent and business owner I was using esahal wallet on my desktop and it was easier to manage my activities at esahal but it recently stopped working and it says parameters are required when I enter the pin, I hope you will upgrade it as soon as possible.

Great App Indeed ! I have been using different wallet services while staying in Ethiopia but this app stands out of all interms of Speed, Interactiveness, Reliability while travelling out of Ethiopia, and of course not to mention the Customer Service Team who helped me figure out when had issues. To add on, Its FREE OF CHARGE FEE , which surprised me. Hope you will add services like Airline Ticket & Interaction with other banks soon. Also you need to put more QR codes in major cities.

Edit: I don't know why we need to call your call center when we forget our pin thats ancient and unmodern. Instead When we tab forget password in the bottom left button of the app we must be prompted an input interface that allows us to change our pin and receive sms verification code in our phone or email in addition to that please add feature that allow us to edit our inf so we can add email or another mailing address.
