This app doesn't refresh well. When I have finished paying the bills using card, the amount of "unpaid" bills in the homepage doesn't change until a while later, even after I tried refreshing the page. It can be confusing; I tried paying twice before due to this slow refresh rate. Also, the app crashes sometimes.

I purchased 2 Gas utilities on 13 March 2026 but still haven't got them delivered. Customer service was down and unresponsive. Email by Dst was sent to my email telling that they've received my message but requires me to input my name, phone number, mydst account etc. This shouldn't even be required as my account has been verified. I lastly raised dispute to claim refund... Takes time to settle.

reloaded ewallet to find out the app is not working for purchases. message your staff, unhelpful besides forwarding the issue to the relevant department
