I can't login the app despite mutiple tries and after uninstalling and installing it back. error pop up was "unable to proceed". Furthermore when it was working I kept on getting different kind of errors. the most frustrating thing is the bills does not tally with my payment even after settling it and it keeps on happening despite after multiple complaints.

This app doesn't refresh well. When I have finished paying the bills using card, the amount of "unpaid" bills in the homepage doesn't change until a while later, even after I tried refreshing the page. It can be confusing; I tried paying twice before due to this slow refresh rate. Also, the app crashes sometimes.

Extremely disappointed. Bought a BND 5 Easi recharge card that simply would not work. Tried everything recommended by customer service and still no solution. Honestly, it feels like I wasted my money on a product that cannot be used. A very frustrating experience and not what I expected from DST. Unless this issue is resolved, I have no intention of purchasing DST recharge cards again.
