Ratings and reviews

Worst Experience with DTC App I scheduled a ride through the app, but at the last moment, it was canceled from their side, claiming they couldn't find a driver. This is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. Moreover, the fare is noticeably higher compared to other ride-hailing apps. Overall, my experience with DTC was very disappointing. I don't recommend using this app.
