USED to be helpful. I will not pay for an app that consistently misses blocks of data, is not user friendly, and freezes up my phone. I've called several times, been told to uninstall/reinstall, and it's still absolutely useless. It was helpful to see daily usage when it was free and the data was actually there to be seen. Now it is more frustrating to use than to just pay the bill! Useless app. Don't bother installing and certainly don't pay for it!

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the app. You seem to have the wrong version of the app installed, likely the cause of your issues. I know you have attempted it prior, but please, attempt another uninstall/reinstall of the app to see if it resolves your issues. Contact Insight Support at 888.991.8232 if it does not resolve.

The estimates aren't very accurate compared to what my bill ends up being. It hasn't even updated my estimated usage in 4 days at this point. And like at least one other person said, it doesn't break down energy usage by room or type of appliance or anything so that you can see if and/or where you can cut back on usage to save money. It could've been a helpful app, but it's not. I just deleted it after using it for ages because it's more grief and aggravation than it's worth.

I've had this for 7 years, and I really used to enjoy using it to see how I used my electricity, but recently the quality of the data has really gone downhill. The data takes too long to populate, and oftentimes it's missing altogether or never loads at all. Very frustrating user experience. Nobody at support could help either, so I ended up returning the insights bridge and unfortunately won't be part of the program anymore.
