Terrible app and system for connecting WS-2902C. it won't connect no matter what. It won't even move to next after I enter my password. I can't even believe this app has any ratings above one. You see all the people that can't connect and they still rate it a 2. The only purpose of this app is to connect to wiFi and it doesn't do that. As far as I'm concerned it's a ZERO or less. Completely worthless!!! UPDATE: got in touch with support service and they fixed the connection problem with the app.

I have tried about 6 or 7 times, including with phone in airplane mode. Made it to the finish button only three times. The device never shows up on the list. The weather station works great, the app does NOT! When I picked up the phone, happen to hit a button at the bottom of the screen and there was the device. They do not make it easy.

You may need to temporarily turn of mobile services on your phone until the console connects to Wi-Fi, and you can turn it back on once connected.

Hard to Connect. Dual band router and using android. I tried over and over with my phone and I couldn't connect to WIFI. The app would fail when I hit save. Tried with another phone and it made it a few steps further. After repeating process 20 times it finally was successful. Then I tried to update firmware but javen't had any success yet. Seems like if you keep trying it will eventually work but it would be nice if you only had to try once.
