Duably is a home services company. One app takes you from a problem in your home to a job done and paid for, without ever stepping outside it.

WHAT WE FIX
Plumbing. Leaks, clogged drains, running toilets, water heaters, burst pipes. HVAC. Air conditioning that stopped, a furnace that will not light, thermostats, no heat. Electrical. Dead outlets, breakers that keep tripping, light fixtures, panel work. Appliance Repair. Refrigerators, washers and dryers, dishwashers, ovens and ranges.

ONE EXACT 2-HOUR ARRIVAL WINDOW
Not a morning, not an afternoon, and not the whole of Tuesday. Your arrival window is locked the moment an insured local company accepts your job. If it ever has to move, the change comes to you for approval first. When your pro heads out, the job changes to on the way, with how long the drive should take.

A WRITTEN QUOTE BEFORE ANY WORK
Your pro documents the problem on site and prices the work into labor and materials. You read the quote on your phone with the pro standing right there to answer for it. Nothing gets fixed until you approve the price. Decline it and the job ends with the service fee for the visit and nothing more.

INSURANCE ON FILE, LICENSED ACCORDING TO LOCAL REGULATIONS
Insurance on every company, and the trade license wherever local regulations require one, checked before it can accept your job.

YOUR CARD IS AUTHORIZED, NOT CHARGED
Approving a quote authorizes your card rather than charging it. The charge lands once the work is finished. Card details go to Stripe rather than to Duably, and the pro never sees them at all.

YOU CONFIRM IT IS DONE
Your pro marks the job complete and it stays open until you confirm. That confirmation is what releases their payout. If you do not respond within the confirmation period shown in the app, the job confirms on its own.

HOW A JOB RUNS
1. Pick the trade, describe the problem, add photos if you want, and say when you would like someone to come.
2. An insured local company accepts and confirms one exact 2-hour arrival window.
3. Your pro goes on the way, and you can see it.
4. They write up what they found and quote the work.
5. You approve the price.
6. The work happens at the price you approved.
7. You confirm it is done.
