It is very difficult to file a complaint for wrong parking. Sometimes the number plate does not scan, and when it does, the system keeps asking to scan again. Even after scanning ten times, it still does not work."

Very frustrated on new update. Each time need to login UAE pass and each time need to enter the vehicle number. It's very very Worst thing. Can't able to save the vehicle number. App is very slow. Need improvements. We have to wait for long time for loading each page.

In the application where is the fine dispute option just Only do edit and always get the same reply it's just like an auto answer so please give dispute option in the application as well and follow up with proper visually or see the evidence of attached documents as proof. & also before showing proper location. speed of the vehicle now also not showing in updated version. every time put vehicle number before downside vehicle number save... please improve fine & inquiries option
