It was the worst experience ever . I tried to register a hundred times loading all details and documents, and when trying to submit it doesn't go through. I contacted dubai property management and emails and all the needed documents but still the issue. Rating is zero.

Very poor app & very poor service levels. EMI paid on time in Sept 2022 was not traced and accounted on time until Apr 2023. And in June 2024 charge late payment fees and blocked the handover & title deed despite paying the final payment 6 months in adance. Developer delayed 1 year and no penalty paid to investors or buyers for Amaranta. Raised request 10 days back for handover and title deed but till date not even a proper response except a system message. Stay away from this developer
