About this app

MyPoolGuy Pro is the field companion for pool service companies that partner with MyPoolGuy. It puts your customer book, estimates, invoices, schedule, and service reports in your pocket, synced with your company's pro portal.

IMPORTANT: This app is for employees of MyPoolGuy partner businesses. There is no in-app signup - your login is provisioned by your company. Not a partner yet? Learn more at mypoolguy.app/partners.

Lead Inbox
New quote requests from MyPoolGuy homeowners land in your lead inbox on the Home screen. Review the request and answer it with a professional estimate in a couple of taps.

Customer Book
Keep every account at your fingertips: contact details, service address, pool type, volume, sanitizer, filter, heater, service plan, and private notes like gate codes. Search by name, address, or phone.

Estimates
Build line-item estimates with quantities, rates, tax, and validity dates. Email them to the customer, share them as PDFs, and track their status from draft to accepted. Convert an accepted estimate into an invoice or a scheduled job without retyping a thing.

Invoices
Create invoices in the field (Premium), convert them from accepted estimates, email or share them as PDFs, and mark them paid on the spot. Overdue invoices flag themselves so nothing slips.

Schedule
See your day at a glance: jobs with time windows, service types from weekly maintenance to equipment installs, one-tap navigation to the customer's address, and one-tap calling. Start, complete, or reschedule jobs as your day unfolds.

Route Optimizer (Premium)
Enter your starting address and let the optimizer order your stops to cut drive time. Review drive and service times, apply the optimized times to your jobs, and hand the route to your maps app.

Service Reports
Document your work with photo-first service reports: take up to 10 photos on the job, note what you did, and generate a clean PDF your customer can keep.

Plans
Basic accounts include the customer book (up to your plan's limit), lead inbox, estimates, and scheduling. Premium adds unlimited customers, in-app invoice creation, and route optimization. Plan changes are handled by the MyPoolGuy team - the app only sends an upgrade request, and there is nothing to buy inside the app.
