I had a problem with the app where it allowed me to send money without my account being complete and sent it to the wrong person. I posted a review expressing confusion, and the support team (particularly Igor) was able to completely fix the issue on the back end and called me to walk me through completing my profile and helped me to send my first transaction to my family in Cuba. Their customer service is great and once the confusion was corrected, the app was super easy to use!

Love this app! There is not many options to get money to Cuba to begin with, but this is not only the easiest (as they deliver right to their house) it's still one of the cheapest ways to do it. I have referred quite a few people to it as well. And if you have any problems they answer emails really fast and help you with whatever you need. Highly recommend!

I don't know what everyone is talking about. I had no problem setting up my account and have had zero problems sending money. Anytime I needed assistance, I received it. The last time I used the etransfer option (which i hadn't used before) Igor walked me through it every step of the way! Thank you so very much for being amazing!
