Well the app update on 1/28/25 screwed the work order system up again. You all just can't leave it alone. Once again the maintenance team cannot single out a school and look at the upcoming "APPROVED" work orders in Work Order Status. You screwed it up about 2 years ago, and it took months to get it corrected. When we want to look at Approved Work orders we don't want to see work orders in progress, completed. Awaiting parts etc. We want to see only APRROVED. Do not respond, I've had enough.

This app is always logging me out. It will even log me out while updating a work order and won't let me back in. It is getting worse all the time. I only use it because my company requires it. Stay away if you can. UPDATE: Now I can't access the Dashboard when I log on from the PC. Dashboard is what I use to distinguish PM maintenance from breakdowns. I have to set it up this way because if I include PMs in the list all the time there is too much clutter and I will never be able to find breakdo

The titles on these work orders aren't saving in the list. Random emails pop up in the spot mine is supposed to be in, it doesn't save my information for easier submitting, if I click on one to look at it and then try and put a new order in it will copy everything over and duplicate the order even though I've voided everything and I put new information
