PAK DALMAN (Population Administration Services in Your Hand) is an official public service application developed by the Kendal Regency Population and Civil Registration Office (Dispendukcapil). This application is specifically designed for Kendal Regency residents to facilitate the online processing of population documents via smartphone.

With PAK DALMAN, residents no longer need to queue at service offices to apply for population administration documents (Adminduk).

Key Features and Services:
- Secure Registration & Access: New account creation uses synchronization of National Identity Number (NIK), Family Card (KK) Number, and basic personal data. Login is equipped with a captcha security system.
- Online Document Submission: Users can apply for various civil registration services independently, including:
- PACKAGE A (Birth Certificate, Family Card, and Child ID Card (KIA) processing simultaneously)
- PACKAGE B (Death Certificate and Family Card processing)
- PACKAGE C (Moving Within the Same Regency)
- Issuance of Family Card (KK)
- Issuance of Child Identity Card (KIA)
- Outgoing and Arrival Transfer Letters
- Foreign National Identity Card (SKTT)
- Issuance of Birth and Death Certificates
- Application Status Monitoring (History): Users can view a list of applications (My Applications) and monitor the document processing status in real time (from "Draft" status, through verification, to "Completed").
- Application Details: Displays complete details of each application, including the Registration Number, service name, sub-district/urban village location, and document retrieval method (such as "Soft Copy Via App").

- Supporting Documents & Messages: A dedicated menu is available for uploading photos/required documents, as well as an inbox (Messages) to receive direct notifications from Civil Registration and Civil Registration officers regarding your application.
