About this app

Built by an artist, for artists — your offline art catalog.

It's like having your own personal gallery in the palm of your hand. Show your work to prospective clients on the spot, and keep your art images separate from your personal photos — no more scrolling past vacation pics to find your latest piece.

ArtCloset is a private, offline-first vault to list, describe, and share your artwork. No account required. No cloud dependency. No social feed. Just a fast, reliable catalog that lives on your device — built by someone who actually needed it for their own studio practice.

Catalog every piece
• Photos, medium, dimensions, year, and framing details
• Track status: Available, Reserved, Loaned, Exhibited, Sold, Not for sale
• Crop and edit photos right at upload — trim out framing or wall clutter

Organize your way
• Multiple collections, with pieces free to belong to more than one — like playlists for your art
• Search and filter by status, completion year, and size (Small/Medium/Large/XL)
• Switch between grid and list views

Present and share
• Distraction-free Exhibit mode — pull it up anywhere to show a client your gallery
• Multi-select pieces and email a curated selection straight to a buyer
• Generate a digital calling card to share your practice
• Export your catalog metadata locally, anytime

Privacy by design
• Everything stored on-device — no ArtCloset servers, no analytics
• Every export and share is something you start, never something that happens in the background

Protect your life's work (Premium)
• Back up your full catalog — including images — to your own private Google Drive
• Restore everything after a reinstall or new phone, using the same Google account
• Backup and restore are always manual — nothing uploads silently

Who it's for
• Working artists who need an on-device inventory of pieces they make, price, exhibit, or sell
• Collectors and keepers cataloging what they own
• Anyone who's outgrown camera rolls and notes apps but doesn't want a heavy gallery CMS

Your work. Your device.
