AutoISSUE is a fully integrated enforcement solution for Australian parking, animals and local laws.
The AutoISSUE application collates real-time data from a range of in-field capture points, including parking machines, vehicle detection sensors, pay by phone applications, licence plate recognition cameras, permit shemes and Council databases, and displays it in a contemporary user interface that empowers protective service officers and rangers to make quick, accurate and confident decisions regarding regulatory compliance.
Key features of the AutoISSUE application include:
• A range of customised modules that facilitates the efficient management of parking, abandoned vehicles, permits, littering, animal control, building inspections and health and safety laws.
• Real-time transmission of infringements back to base to ensure zero loss of citations
• Real-time wireless transmission to the officer’s handhelds in the field (small and robust Bixolon SPP - R200 Bluetooth printers)
• Pre-populated field data improves efficiency, which generates time and cost savings.
• Ability to attach voice recordings and images to digital tickets.
• Ability to capture signatures.
• Criminal and traffic offence modules.
• State Debt Recovery Office (SDRO) certified.
