Your day, clearer.
- Today at a glance — a colour-coded strip on your Home screen shows where you need to be, and when. Overlapping plans split so nothing hides.
- Energy modes — Flow, Low and Focus each shape the day differently. Tap Low and the app simplifies around you.
- I'm Stuck — one tap finds your next small step.
- Capture — the List screen is now Capture. Empty your head in seconds.
- Fixes and polish on every screen.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Three priorities, not thirty. You name what matters most today, and the app tells you the rest can wait. No streaks to protect. No red badges counting your failures. No language anywhere that makes you feel behind.
Unfinished tasks move gently aside at midnight, so you wake to a clean day instead of yesterday's backlog.

- Reset my day — one tap to begin again, any time
WHO IT'S FOR
Dune Seven is built for people whose energy isn't the same every day:
- ADHD and neurodivergent minds managing executive function, task paralysis and overwhelm
- Parents carrying the mental load
- Shift workers whose weeks were never going to fit a nine-to-five planner
- Anyone coming back from burnout, or quietly running at capacity
It works as a daily planner, a to-do list, a task manager, a journal and a calendar — without asking you to be a different person to use it.
MADE IN AUSTRALIA
Dune Seven started as a paper planner drawn between night shifts by a firefighter who couldn't find one that understood that kind of life. It is still made by a very small team, and every update comes from what people tell us.
Plan around your energy, not the clock. A calmer day for ADHD and busy minds.
