I've had lots of problems trying to get gift cards to load. Pending and holding money in my acct. Once that resolved, then I try to redeem my rewards that I've saved up over the last couple months and it refuses to redeem. I miss the old app. I never had issues like this and I'm a loyal member. I'm sad that my mornings went from a pleasant experience to frustrating.

This app is a huge step backwards. First, the interface is not at all intuitive. Try ANY other coffee shop app, and take some notes. Nearly every other coffee shop app I use is so much better. This app doesn't work half the time at the store (there e have to enter my number by hand). Also, there is no way to connect a credit card, or even reload a gift card automatically when it runs out (which is the only way to pay using this app). Everything in this app is just so awkward at every turn.

The migration from the previous version to the new version was not good. The older version had many benefits, options for linked payment. Previous purchases, it clearly showed you status before your next reward. I use to use the app only in-store or online and now I use the app sparingly, which also means my visits decreased. Overall it's not a good user experience.
