I have had a wonderful experience with my doctors. The problems I have had is with Duly's billing and payments, they cannot apply payments to your account and keep up to date payments that are made, they are the most inept billing department I have ever seen, the billing department is antiquated they really need to train their staff because they don't have a clue how to keep good records, they will charge double triple and quadruple times for the same thing.

The updated look of this app is poor. It now requires the user to start at a news feed, scrolling down to see if the task you want is there. Alternatively you may pull up a menu from the feed screen and then to navigate away from there. I loathe news feeds like this. In the last format the first screen was all inclusive of options and notifications at a glance. It wasn't broken and didn't need "fixed".

I hate this app. I'm also very frustrated that there was no warning so literally no warning about switching from my chart to their version. Are we still getting notifications if my chart worked but then it wouldn't let me log into my chart I had to download this app and then it wouldn't let me log in at all. Don't Force us to use an app when the other app totally works fine perfectly actually
