About this app

The Duracell app enables owners of Duracell batteries and EV Charger to monitor their homes’ energy on the go. With this app you can:
View the status of your Duracell connected home, battery, and EV Charger
View your household consumption and the power flowing through you Duracell connected devices, giving you a clear understanding of solar generation, battery usage and grid energy usage.
Access your historical energy usage data in daily, weekly, and monthly time periods, so you can understand your household consumption behaviour over time and the benefits to the environment.

Not fit for purpose. The figures never add up. I tried the VRT integration: it worked sometimes. I sent a message through the website querying this. That was 5 months ago, no answer yet. Most importantly, now the weather is improving, I've tried the Purgreen feature, charging only with renewables. It charges a bit with solar, then a bit from the battery, then a bit from the grid. It puts my daily electricity spend up by about 60% every time I use the feature. And the data refresh doesn't work

the app that does nothing!! my dura-i inverter does whatever they tell it to do not what I want it to do. I can't even stop my system from charging from the grid at peak times coasting me a fortune. you can't even change the inverters mode on the app. You want to change WiFi.... nope can't even do that with the app. The update of my own inverter can take over 15 minutes to update. and to top it off the data at the end of the day is not very accurate, it can be out by 2 to 3 KW.

Simple to understand. it tells me when the battery is charging. It allows me to charge on a cheap rate. don't really ask for anything more. if I want to know what's exported or the exact daily use I look at my energy providers app. Simple. Stupid pop up is annoying though.
