About this app

The Duracell app enables owners of Duracell batteries and EV Charger to monitor their homes’ energy on the go. With this app you can:
View the status of your Duracell connected home, battery, and EV Charger
View your household consumption and the power flowing through you Duracell connected devices, giving you a clear understanding of solar generation, battery usage and grid energy usage.
Access your historical energy usage data in daily, weekly, and monthly time periods, so you can understand your household consumption behaviour over time and the benefits to the environment.

I'm changing my previous review. As many people have said, the app is a bit basic and could function better. I did relate the problems I've always had with what it reports in relation to what's being generated and what's being consumed etc. However, I contacted their support - you can email from the app or phone - and the service has been excellent. They remoted in and upgraded the system's firmware - so far, so good. It probably wasn't the app at all. Don't moan, call it in!

very basic, not enough access for adjustments, information within app is to dumbed down. the (ai function, let's call it, for deciding if is should charge over night on off peak rate is hit and miss.) and my pet hate the screen does not refresh. you have to close the app completely and log back in to get it to refresh. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again.

I've lost access to the app Dura i for not sure which reason so I am now forced with this app. the interface is silly and does not provide the information I need. The AI algorithm does not work (remains disabled even after I set it up) and the information on the app does not update, you have to force close the app and log on again. The provided graphs are not clear, fancy yes but unhelpful. Replace these silly graphs with the Dura i graphs that are way more clear and useful. Overall Bad
