App is great when it works. I recently bought a new phone and the app transferred from my old phone. However, now the paper starts to download on my devices and then I get an "ERROR" message. I contacted IT at the Herald, Scott McCool, and he told me that he would look into the problem. That was three weeks ago. I call weekly and end up on his voicemail leaving the same message but never get any calls back. The Durango Herald must be so popular that they don't need customers (as evidenced by their cut in publications!!)!
