About this app

DutyMark helps organizations know who is at work, who is late and who is on leave – without paper registers, signing books or friends signing in for each other.

Staff check in at their workplace with their own fingerprint. DutyMark checks that they are really on site, and the admin sees the day's attendance live. At month end, the attendance report is ready for payroll in one tap.

Built for schools, hospitals, clinics, shops, offices, churches, NGOs, security companies, factories and any team that works from a fixed place.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Set up your organization: mark your workplace on the map, set work hours and invite your staff.
2. Staff check in at work: tap Check in and touch the fingerprint sensor. It only works on site.
3. See the report: who came, who was late, who was absent and who is on leave.

FAIR FOR EVERYONE
- Your own fingerprint only – nobody can check in for someone else. Your fingerprint never leaves your phone.
- Location is checked only when you tap Check in. DutyMark does not track staff during the day.
- Fake GPS apps and modified phones are detected and reported to the admin.
- Works without internet: check-ins are saved on the phone and sent when the connection returns.

STAFF WITHOUT A PHONE? NO PROBLEM
The admin can check in staff who have no phone – or whose battery is dead – from the admin's own phone at the workplace. Every assisted check-in shows who marked it and why.

Choose one free trial when you create your organization:
- Small team: up to 5 staff for 2 months, or
- Big team: up to 50 staff for 14 days with all features.
After the trial, choose a monthly or yearly plan through Google Play to continue. Plans cover teams from 5 to 500 staff. If you don't continue, your records stay safe and viewable.

Only the organization owner buys a plan. Staff never pay to use DutyMark.
