Most disappointing brand.Recently placed an order for high-end medicine strip costing Rs 4290 from their app everything goes smooth then got call from customer care informing strip can't be purchased you have to purchase the whole box cost around Rs 12k. If you guys are not willing to sell the strip then mention it properly only box can be purchased. Worst experience don't buy from their app. Total Waste of time. You can buy from offline chemist store at least they gave better services

Disgusting, Useless application and service. No proper customer support. It's about medicines not anything want based, have shame to manage proper customer support to deal with customers. I placed order and waited for more than an hour calling at various numbers and no response and finally at 1 AM the auto call says office is closed and service is 24/7 available and my order still shows pending. Pathetic

I placed an order with Dvago, but it has still not been delivered. There is no proper update, no clear communication, and customer support is very unresponsive. This delay is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend ordering from Dvago
