Ratings and reviews

Although it has some slight problem areas it still 99.9% better than anything I've found lately. Adding new recipes is a snap whether it's a photo, internet site, on your phone, or written on a note pad. Finding recipes are as easy as queuing on an item in one of your recipe or on the internet. You can use and/or logic even.

Echoing other reviews, I've tried other recipe management programs, and this one is the best. I mainly use the desktop app, but sync it to my other devices. I can pull up my recipes or find new ones on my phone at the grocery store if I can't remember an ingredient or buy something new and want suggestions on what to make with it. I use the app on my iPad in the kitchen while "Cook'n". What's really cool about this company is that it's small enough that the owner listens to customer feedback.

Update 2025. Had a problem with the app. Their support emailed me easy to follow instructions that resolved the problem. I have used Cook'n since 1999. Cookn is great. Adding new features all the time. I take a pic of a recipe even hand written and it goes into my recipe books formatted. Customer support and technical support better than anything I ever worked with. Easy to use. Love Love Cookn
