The Pending Packages app lists the delivered packages which need to fetched from storage, and brought to the front desk of a residential building, so that residents may collect them. The Pending Packages app may be installed on a mobile tablet, which is carried between different storage areas, or permanently fixed to a wall in larger and busier package storage rooms.

When building residents scan or enter their package collection code into the Dwellant Lobby Console, their packages are transmitted to and displayed by the Pending Packages app. App users may highlight the packages which they have collected, and those highlighted selections are transmitted to other Pending Packages apps, so that all staff are aware of packages being collected from multiple storage areas.
