Not able to pair light. Pair button in app is below where you can click on it. You can see the button but it is not lit up and available. Now we have a light that only half works because of this and no one to contact. Fix the app and you'll get a higher rating!

I have 2 bulbs, I can only sync one of them, so the app is pretty much useless to me, I'll be returning the bulbs to Amazon

I hit the pair button it only gives me the same info on the manual it doesn't actually pair anything.. the app is unusable if I can't pair the device plus needs to be added to ghome for all around access.. had to get a smart plug so I can at least turn on or off at will even though your app says it can it actually can't
