This Karnataka Public Procurement Portal Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as the “KPPP Mobile”) is designed and maintained by the Centre for e-Governance, Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (e-Governance), Government of Karnataka (hereinafter referred to as “Department”). Any misuse of this Portal or any of its components is strictly prohibited and may lead to initiation of legal action. Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the content on this Application, the same should not be construed as a legally binding statement and/or used for any legal purposes.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in the State of Karnataka. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka.
