About this app

RPS is the incoming invoice processing solution for companies that digitally capture, review, and approve their invoices. This app is your mobile access point to your RPS instance.

Approvals on the go: View pending approvals, open the corresponding document, and move the invoice to the next step. Items, comments, and the complete review history are available.

Capture invoices: Scan documents with your camera or transfer them to RPS from another app. PDF and XML files are imported, and e-invoices according to EN 16931, including XRechnung and ZUGFeRD, are read.

Payment run: Select invoices ready for payment, view discount deadlines before they expire, and output the payment run as a SEPA file or as a QR code for each invoice.

Notifications: Receive push notifications for new assignments, requested corrections, pending approvals, expiring discounts, and processing time exceeding deadlines. You configure which notifications you receive for each event.

Multiple Companies
Do you work for multiple clients? Register as many companies as you like
and switch between them without having to log in again.

Requirement
An existing RPS account. The app connects to your company's instance using your company ID. You cannot log in without this account.

Data Privacy
Your data is stored on your company's instance in German data centers. The app only stores your login information and documents that are awaiting upload locally.
