About this app

DYKOS Communicator is for existing customers of the DYKOS Media business phone service. Accounts are created by DYKOS and there is no sign-up in the app, so you will need an account from us before you can use it.

DYKOS Communicator puts your office phone line on your mobile.

A business number normally only works at the desk it is plugged into. Staff who are out of the office end up giving customers their personal mobile number, so the business loses the record of the conversation and the employee loses their privacy.

Communicator puts the business line on the phone instead. Calls you make show the company's number as the caller ID, not your own, and every call, text and fax is recorded against the business account rather than a personal device.

CALLS
Place and receive calls on your company extension. Mute, speaker, hold and transfer, with a keypad for phone menus.

MESSAGES
Send and receive SMS and MMS on the business number, including photos and video.

FAX
Read incoming faxes, mark junk, and email a copy to yourself.

CONTACTS
The shared company address book, available to everyone on the account.

No advertising. No analytics. No in-app purchases. No tracking.

Communicator is a client for the DYKOS Media phone service. It requires an account issued by DYKOS Media Inc.
