MYSTART offers a fast and comprehensive connection between the historic center, the neighborhoods of Porta Romana, Porta Cappuccina, Porta Maggiore, and Monticelli with its industrial area of Ascoli Piceno. A direct, convenient journey without transfers, aboard dedicated buses.
MYSTART follows pre-established routes and schedules like regular buses, directly from the departure stop to the arrival stop, without changing buses. The service must be booked using the app.
Reservations can be made on weekdays, excluding holidays, from 7 days and up to 24 hours before travel.
To use the service, you must register on the app, choosing the departure stop, the day of travel, and the ride you wish to use.
The app allows you to view booked rides, modify or cancel reservations, and set up a recurring ride over multiple days.
With the app, you can view the location of the bus making the booked ride on a digital map.
Before boarding the bus, users must scan the QR code located near the access door with their smartphone.
