I love my IOTTY Switches so much, I have purchased over twenty of them, for my home. No need to say anything about the beauty or the quality of the switches, the numbers speaks for itself. Also, the switches are easy to install with instructions that comes with them and the 8 years of having them, they work very good with the app.

App glitchy. Mostly things are going great. I have a high end router. The smart home all over my house has been awesome. occasionally, this app has been slow to respond or even load. scheduled automations intermittently just don't work. Sometimes I'll tap a switch and the app shows no response, but then the light button turns on a couple min later.

App works well and the switches are awesome. One thing I cannot figure out is why can I not send a "backlight" command to a plate name instead of a switch? With U3 each switch gets a name and when sending a backlight command it needs me to select a switch name. It can cause a frustrating situation where the app will tell you you are creating a circular error (or whatever it says).
