Ratings and reviews

I feel ripped off they don't have live agents. It feels as though you are talking to bots. It takes a while for them to respond and when they do you have to go back and forth to figure out what is happening. I had to call customs, BARBADOS CUSTOMs. and they were alot more helpful. I ordered the package on my birthday feeling super happy and contented. now I know that I wasted my money. I could have gone in town. I will never use this service again. I feel ripped off.

I have no complaints with this shipping company, nor their app. Pre-alerts are a breeze. I can edit and upload my invoice the way I can and it all works out. As soon as amazon alerts me that my package have been delivered, the app sends me an alert as well. I love it. Invoices to pick up your packages are right there in the app. Keep it up Ezone.

A super handy app! I love using this app, but unfortunately I had to give it three stars because it kept crashing after the last update. If the functionality is restored, I'll change my rating. Before the last update, the app was very convenient and easy to use. There was no need for me to use the website at all. Update: Dec 13, 2022 Installed the most recent version and the app still crashes each time I open it. Downgrading to one star. Update: Dec 15, 2022 All issues resolved. 5⭐ again.
