My experience with Emirates Auction has been highly disappointing. The company retains customer deposits for a significantly longer period than reasonably expected. When requested a refund of my deposit, I got a reply from them that it would take up to 21 days for the money to be credited back to my account !!!! This substantial delay unnecessarily restricts customers' access to their money and raises concerns about the efficiency and transparency of the refu formal version.

I had a very disappointing experience with Emirates Auction. The platform holds customer deposits far longer than expected—refunds that are said to be processed within 4 days can actually take up to 20–21 days to reach your account. The bidding system also feels unfair. Last-minute bids automatically extend the auction time, making it very difficult to secure a win and dragging the process unnecessarily. On top of that, customer service is unhelpful and sometimes rude.
