I had a very disappointing experience with Emirates Auction. The platform holds customer deposits far longer than expected—refunds that are said to be processed within 4 days can actually take up to 20–21 days to reach your account. The bidding system also feels unfair. Last-minute bids automatically extend the auction time, making it very difficult to secure a win and dragging the process unnecessarily. On top of that, customer service is unhelpful and sometimes rude.

They sell items that are not working or broken ones. people imagine its trusted site and buy them thinking it won't be that worse. But please, as of my experience its really wasting your money, and if you raise a complaint, they say it's already mentioned in the terms and conditions. But it's a courtesy to the public that you sell at least, which can be used. I bought 10 electronic items , 6 out of them have dumped in the rubbish.
