The 20% security deposit I paid for the auction bid has not yet been returned. There is no option on your app for me to file a complaint about this.

They sell items that are not working or broken ones. people imagine its trusted site and buy them thinking it won't be that worse. But please, as of my experience its really wasting your money, and if you raise a complaint, they say it's already mentioned in the terms and conditions. But it's a courtesy to the public that you sell at least, which can be used. I bought 10 electronic items , 6 out of them have dumped in the rubbish.
