I had a very disappointing experience with Emirates Auction. The platform holds customer deposits far longer than expected—refunds that are said to be processed within 4 days can actually take up to 20–21 days to reach your account. The bidding system also feels unfair. Last-minute bids automatically extend the auction time, making it very difficult to secure a win and dragging the process unnecessarily. On top of that, customer service is unhelpful and sometimes rude.

Awesome application...after long time I can say emirates auction application looks 100% professional and user friendly 😀
