About this app

The RASTRO system replaces the paper field log in road construction, from earthworks to paving. The operator records the machine's shift right there at the work site, and those monitoring the fleet can see the hour meter, stops, and refueling without waiting for the paperwork to arrive at the office.

WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL
The records are saved on the cell phone and upload automatically when the connection returns. It's possible to complete the entire shift without internet.

FOR THE OPERATOR
- Starts the shift with one touch, repeating the work site, work site, and machine from the last day.
- Records refueling and stops, with reason and duration.
- The app requests an hour meter or odometer reading depending on the machine and does not accept a final reading lower than the initial reading.

FOR THE TIMEKEEPER AND SUPERVISOR
- Pre-validation and validation of the logs, with return and reason.
- All corrections are recorded in the log's history.
- Shifts that were left open appear for decision.

- Retroactive posting, with mandatory reason, when the shift was not registered on the day.

FOR MANAGEMENT
- Reports by shift, by machine, by project, and by supplier, with data export in CSV format.

- Registration of projects, work fronts, machines, and users.

ACCESS
RASTRO does not have open registration. Accounts are created by the company, and each person receives the login of the person who manages the project.
