Everytime I try to open the app it just buffers and says updating. I have to go into the Google Store uninstall and reinstall the app just to look at my bank account. The set up is confusing and hard to read when you have multiple accounts.

We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. We are aware that some members are experiencing issues specific to Pixel phones. Our development team has been investigating the issue and we hope to have a resolution soon. In the meantime, you can still access your account via Online Banking. Thank you for your patience.

I LOVE THE NEW APP. it's super user friendly and provides acess/links to all the products and services eagle one offers. I find the update is even easier to navigate and if you have questions & send a message/question, the staff response was SO QUICKLY. thank you for the update !

The app's new version requires the permissions of photos, media, and files on my device! I've actually uninstalled the app because I'm unable to use it without providing these permissions. Why does my bank need accessibility to such features on my phone!? No thanks!
