Set a goal, select a time and go! The app will send you notifications so you remember to drink water. A chronometer on the screen will tell you approximately when the next alert arrives.
From the notifications you can omit for a few minutes your drinking time or also record that you drank a predefined amount of water.
Drink water only when you have SED. If you do not meet the goal, remember that the most important thing is to create a good habit and keep your body hydrated.
