Welcome to the 29th annual Flagler Parade of Homes, proudly hosted by the Flagler Home Builders Association! The parade will take place April 22nd-April 30th, 2023.
See the best in home building by visiting these beautiful model homes filled with the latest trends in outdoor living areas, decorating styles, gourmet kitchens, state-of-the-art audio/video technology and the newest advancements in green building for energy conservation and sustainability.

The Flagler Home Builders Association is a not-for-profit trade organization consisting of a group of professional individuals and firms who care about our community. Our mission is to use our unified strength and resources to achieve a positive business, community and association environment which enhances the overall success of the building industry, the community at large and each member. Flagler HBA's strong affiliation with the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders to provide an essential network for the exchange of information and ideas.
Chartered in 1984, we have been serving the Flagler community for the last 38 years.
Flagler HBA is also here to serve as a resource to local consumers. We provide an online directory of our members and licensed contractors and provide information about the importance of licensed contractors.
