In my time using the app, it has had a consistent issue of not allowing you to access your after-tax pay on "same-day", even when the shift was approved. And when it does decide to go through, it varies between instantly and 8 hours after the shift was approved. Also, there have been times where I was allowed to access my new weeks pay before my previous weeks pay was cleared. There needs to be consistency and more discussion between HF and Employers, and fix the time gap.

Have been trying to create an account for days now and everything has to match on file for what the employer has. Took days just to enter my date of birth and now when I'm finally able to create the account, it's now telling me that my bank details aren't on file even though I'm providing them and they've set the work week starting Monday, so the funds I have previously earned don't even show although its not the end of OUR pay week, why make us match to our job when the app can't even do it

Since I posted my review the developers have got in touch to discuss the points I had made. They had talked my through some changes they had made to the code to prevent these issues. Great experience and lovely team. Looking forward to using this app more now the stability issues are being addressed --- OLD REVIEW, 3 stars out of date ---Buggy, constantly crashes. The service is 5 stars the app is 0 so settled for 3.
