NOTE - I work at Earnnest. I spent several years in real estate (from 2005-2011) where I only wished we had a tool like this. This free app is for agents on the go. It saves time & keeps you updated on the details of each requested earnest payment to a buyer. Then, I bought a house & ended up using it as a buyer. My agent sent me the request AFTER business hours. I made my payment in a matter of minutes from home & receipt went to my email. The contract was locked in! Its ease surprised me.

I love this app!! This makes earnest money deposit requests super easy, especially since I am always In the field working. I just open the app between showing appointments & my request has been sent immediately to my clients. Love it!!!!

Will never, ever use this again. As an agent, everyone hates apps. Nobody wants to install them for one time use like this and the stupid thing doesn't even work and tries to charge a huge fee. Worthless.
