Global Buyer Sweepstakes Event Policy

A. How to participate in the sweepstakes event:
# First download the "Global Buyer" APP, then register it; active phone number required to receive SMS.
# You can participate in multiple raffle events and/or even event more than once, it will increase the chance of being drawn.
# Be over 18 years old and have a condition of profitability.


B. Conditions for holding a draw:
# On the APP event page itself, you will have information about deadline, number of people who are participating and how many are left to complete the member.
# Thus, in order to complete the right number of people, the draw event will be held after 24 working hours (T+1) counting from the moment of completing its requirements. Remembering that all raffle events will be held during business hours.
# The lottery number when confirming the event you are going to participate and making successful payment, your number will automatically appear and you can also consult the APP itself.

C. Draw Event Rule:
# Realization of raffle event can participate in person or online via Global Buyer's official Youtube channel.
# In case of insufficient number of people and/or other requirement factor, such as the event deadline has expired, in this situation, the deposited amount will be 100% returned to the Global Buyer account of each participant, within 2 business days, counting at the time of confirmation “unsuccessful execution”.
# In hypothesis, the event was carried out successfully and the winner has been drawn, as a result of this situation, the amount deposited for this event will not be returned, as "successful completion" has been confirmed.


D. Rule for drawing:
# The winner will have 10 current days to contact Global Buyer confirming shipping details, otherwise, it will be considered automatically withdrawn, and there will be no refund.
# The winner is responsible for removing the goods, that is, in person or by mail (shipping paid by the winner and insurance).
# After receiving merchandise, the winner must take a photo along with the received product or video and post it on Global Buyer's social network, for confirmation of receipt.
# The product drawn on our platform does not bear any responsibility for the brand or product itself, nor its warranty and functional part.
# The product will not be converted into a symbolic value for drawing.
