This app is close to worthless. The only 2 things I need it for, is to pay my bill and get support. Otherwise, don't bother downloading. As far as emails go, sign into another email app with your EarthLink account. ★Please fix★If you happen to not pay your monthly charge, service is disputed. But then, when you block access to signing into the account, I can't pay my bill without calling.

Another badly-designed app! "Remember me" and finger scan doesn't work so you have to enter your email address and password each time you want to check your email. There is no drop-down box for all your accounts so each one must be re-entered in its entirety and it kept opening to a secondary account. My attempt to chat with customer support failed when he went to check the problem with signing in and never returned. All together frustrating and a waste of time.

Recent updates have introduced numerous problems. As of now, app crashes with every start. Just deleted and reinstalled, but the behavior is the same. May have to give up the email address I have used for more than 25 years. UPDATE: Thank you. The app does not crash each time now. However, it still shows multiple emails after downloading messages. The speed of the app is also quite slow, but that could be the fault of my phone. Will try it out on other devices.
