Rudimentary at best. Every time the app updates, it loses the settings on my phone. Not only does it not communicate to use previous password, often I have to call and have my password reset because it refuses to accept my password saved on my phone. It also loses fingerprint access. I cannot view or request previous transactions and must make a phonecall if a store has something 'funky' going on with their systems and is not 'accepting' cards. Just checking 5 transactions or requesting a pdf?

Great app, great bank. I've been using Earthmover since highschool, and while I'm always impressed by the level of service from the bank itself, the app is a godsend. It works very smoothly and isn't loaded down with a bunch of excess flair, which I appreciate when I'm harriedly checking my account to see if I can afford groceries. It also does mobile deposit, which is a huge deal for me as I live about an hour away from any physical locations. Great app.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This is NOT an exaggeration: Over half the times I try to check my account, the servers at Earthmover are down. It has been this way for 3 years. Finally switching to an actual bank with an app that isn't unavailable half the time. That isn't even to mention that it's an awful app WHEN ITS WORKING. It has been nothing but a nightmare – to call it amateur hour would be too kind. It doesn't compare even remotely to other banking apps. Like a horse and buggy vs a bmw.
