About this game

An emergency vehicle is on its way, sirens blaring, and the street is gridlocked. You're the traffic dispatcher. Tap the cars to send them out of the way and clear the road before the ambulance arrives. Every second counts!

Code Red: Gridlock is a fast, one-thumb traffic puzzle. Each car can only drive straight ahead in the direction it faces, so pick the right order, clear the emergency route and watch the ambulance race through. Tap the wrong car and it bumps into traffic. Three bumps and the whole street piles up!

HOW TO PLAY
• Tap a car to drive it off the board in the direction it faces
• Clear every car blocking the emergency vehicle's route
• Beat the countdown before the ambulance reaches the jam
• Avoid bumps: a clean rescue earns three stars

ENDLESS LEVELS, ALWAYS FRESH
New levels keep coming, and the challenge rises at a steady pace with easier breathers along the way. New twists keep the streets interesting:
• Long trucks and delivery vans that take up more room
• Roadwork and barriers that box cars in
• Traffic lights that hold drivers on red
• Sleepy drivers who need a honk before they move
• Slow tractors and garbage trucks
• Fire trucks, and boss levels with two emergency vehicles at once
• Flyover bridges where traffic passes over parked cars
• Police pursuits: box in the getaway car and let the police make the catch
• Rush hour, when new cars drive in and park across the route mid-level

DAILY GRIDLOCK
A brand-new puzzle every day, the same for every player. Only your first attempt counts! Build your streak, earn bonus coins, compare your time on the daily leaderboard and share your result without spoilers.

RUSH WEEK
Every win earns points for the weekly Rush Week leaderboard. Finish fast and with three stars to climb the rankings, and finish in the top 10 to win coins.

Drive your ambulance along the City Map through the suburbs, downtown and the industrial district, from day to dusk to night. Light up a building for every level you clear. Visit the Garage to give your fleet new paint jobs and choose your Emergency Crew vehicle.
