PURPOSE OF THIS APPS
The purposes of this app are:
a) to enable every single person to offer to teach their skills to the interested persons within their neighborhood direct (i.e. not via any middleman). The skills would not only include the subjects which are formally taught in schools, college or university according to certain syllabus, but would also include general skills, such as cooking, playing musical instruments, foreign languages, pastry making, craft etc., which are not formally taught in school.
b) to enable potential students to find their potential tutors within their neighborhoods.
PROBLEMS FACED WHICH LEAD TO THIS APP BEING CREATED & HOW THIS APP CAN HELP
1. During the pandemic, I noted that a lot of people have lost their jobs. However, they have skills that might not be known by their neighbors.
2. Apart from those who have lost their jobs, the individuals which are still working, or housewives, can also teach their skills to the interested parties.
3. By having this apps, these people can offer to teach the knowledge that they have to earn some money.
THE CONCEPT
The concept that I am introducing via this app is to offer the tutoring services to the individual's neighborhood area. I also would like to encourage people to learn additional skills which normally learn at formal institutions.
Why?
a) tutors do not have to travel far to their student places (or vice versa). This could save their travel expenses.
b) Some tutor might not have vehicle or transportation to travel to the student places (or vice versa).
c) During the pandemic, some Government/Council might introduce Movement Control Order, such that the radius of travelling area might be restricted within their neighborhood area only.
d) By having not to travel far, the tutor can offer lower fees as they can save from travelling expenses.
e) Tutors and students can negotiate the fees as they are dealing direct (no middle man)
f) Since the distance is nearby, the student can easily approach the tutors for assistance (where necessary)
g) Creating good bond between neighbors

The potential tutors only have to register in this apps mentioning the name and approximate location.
The potential students can search for the potential tutor using this app.
And the best thing, this apps is FREE!
