Called mutliple times for pick up, eta changed from 3 minutes to 15, never saw the car however it showed it was on trip, called again to confirm but no response. Cab called back and i told him i cancelled and he responded rudely. Im a frequent customer of this service and i made use of this app. Better off using uber or lyft.

the service is great, but please fix the app. It doesn't show where the car is or how many minutes the wait will be

they make me wait 30 minutes they just keep saying 2 minutes away... when they call me the they were outside they were at the wrong address... so disappointed
