Easy Attendance is a powerful and intuitive employee attendance management app designed for businesses of all sizes. Built with Flutter, it delivers a seamless experience for employees to manage their daily work activities, track attendance records, handle leave requests, and access salary information — all from the palm of their hand.
Secure Login & Authentication The app provides a secure login system backed by token-based API authentication. Employees simply log in with their credentials and the app keeps them securely signed in. The home screen greets each user by name with their business identity, making the experience personal and professional from the first screen.
Smart Check-In & Check-Out Employees can mark their attendance with ease using the built-in check-in and check-out system. Each attendance record is verified using GPS location, ensuring that check-ins are genuine and location-accurate. The app also uses fingerprint biometric authentication for an extra layer of security and to prevent buddy punching. On the main dashboard, employees can instantly see their today's attendance status — whether they are checked in, checked out, or yet to check in — along with the current date.
Mock Location Detection Easy Attendance includes advanced mock location detection powered by the trust_fall library. This prevents employees from faking their GPS location when submitting attendance, ensuring complete integrity and trust in the attendance data your business relies on.
Attendance Reports Employees have access to a detailed attendance report section where they can view their full attendance history. The report can be filtered by a custom date range to get focused insights. A rich summary card shows total working days, days present, days absent, paid leave days, unpaid leave, and holidays — all at a glance. Individual records display check-in date and time, check-out date and time, total work hours, overtime hours, late arrival time, early departure time, and GPS location for both check-in and check-out.
Leave Request Management Applying for leave has never been simpler. Employees can submit leave requests directly from the app by selecting a date range, providing a reason, and optionally attaching a supporting document (PDF, Word, or image file). The app also shows a complete history of all leave requests with their current approval status — pending, approved, or rejected — along with any admin notes. Leave history can be refreshed with a simple pull-to-refresh gesture.
Salary Slips Employees can view all their salary slips in one place. Each slip shows the month, year, net salary, basic salary, and deductions, along with a payment status (paid, pending, or processing). Detailed salary slip views are available, and employees can download their salary slips as PDF files directly to their device and open them immediately. A summary card at the top shows total earnings across all slips, total paid count, and pending count.
PF (Provident Fund) Reports The app includes a dedicated PF report section where employees can track their provident fund contributions and records over time, giving full transparency into their financial entitlements.
Digital ID Card Employees can view their digital identity card directly within the app. This acts as an always-available digital credential showing their employee information tied to the business.
Events & Holiday Calendar Stay informed with the built-in events page that displays upcoming company events and holidays. When a holiday falls on the current day, the check-in and check-out options are automatically disabled and a holiday notice is displayed, preventing accidental attendance submissions on non-working days.
Profile Management Employees can view and update their personal profile information directly within the app, keeping their records accurate and up to date without needing to contact HR separately.
