EasyAR Mega Toolbox is a mobile companion app for EasyAR Mega. It helps developers connect real-world environments with digital development workflows by providing tools for on-site localization verification, diagnostic data collection, simulation recording, and mapping data acquisition.

With Mega Toolbox, developers can verify cloud-based localization and collect spatial data directly on a mobile device without writing additional application code.

On-site Verification and Diagnostics Tool

Verify the accuracy and stability of the EasyAR Mega cloud localization service in the actual deployment environment.

After configuring your EasyAR account, cloud service credentials, and map information, you can:

• Test localization against a selected map
• View device tracking and localization status in real time
• Display annotation content at the localized position
• Check device, AR session, service, and request information
• Record EIF diagnostic data when localization fails, drifts, or behaves unexpectedly
• Collect diagnostic dump data when requested by the EasyAR support team
• Export recorded data for offline analysis and algorithm optimization

Simulation Recording Tool

Record real-world camera and sensor data as EIF files for simulation, testing, and remote development.

This tool allows you to:

• Record camera image streams and IMU sensor data
• Monitor device tracking status during recording
• Save recordings using custom file names
• Export EIF files for use in development and troubleshooting
• Replay recorded environments in the Unity Editor
• Test content placement, user interfaces, and interactions without repeatedly returning to the physical site

Mapping Acquisition Tool

Collect spatial data with a mobile device for creating EasyAR Mega maps.

During acquisition, the tool provides real-time visual feedback to help users maintain tracking and achieve sufficient coverage of the target area.

This tool allows you to:

• Collect mapping data using the device camera and sensors
• Monitor tracking status throughout the acquisition process
• View camera frustums and movement trajectories in real time
• Evaluate collection coverage and data quality
• Name and save collected records to local storage
• Manage or delete saved acquisition records
• Export collected data for subsequent mapping workflows
