With Ktisma, your clients can do more than look at a building on a screen. Place a 3D building model in their surroundings at 1:1 scale and let them walk through its spaces in augmented reality. Help them understand its size, layout and relationship to the site—even before it is built.
PLACE THE BUILDING AT ITS INTENDED LOCATION
For projects configured with an on-site reference image, scan that image to anchor the 3D model at its intended real-world position. Present the proposed building in the context of the actual site, at full scale.
EXPLORE AT LIFE SIZE
Use floor or ground detection to place a model on a surface and switch to 1:1 scale. Physically walk around the building or through its interior spaces, viewing them through your phone or tablet. Give clients a sense of room sizes, proportions and connections between spaces that photos and floor plans alone cannot provide.
START SMALL, THEN STEP INSIDE
Present an available model as a miniature to explain the overall design, then explore it at life size. Rotate, zoom and choose from the presentation modes enabled for each model.

Ktisma is designed for real estate sales teams presenting their organization's projects. An active sales or administrator account with a verified email and organization access is required. Contact your organization's administrator for an account.
Content and presentation modes depend on what your organization has published and assigned to you. Image-based placement requires a configured reference image. Full-scale positioning and dimensions depend on the model's scale and project setup. AR requires a compatible device and camera access.
