Ratings and reviews

Very hard to use. A lot of people complain it's not available in English, but even I can read Chinese this is an app filled with ads, and it doesn't allow registration unless you have a Taiwanese phone number. I added my card onto the app, all it does is showing my transaction and the balance, everything else you click in it ask for your phone number to register. Pretty useless for foreigners.

I like most people, wish this app was in English. While I can understand Chinese okay when it comes to speaking and listening my writing is not there yet. It is kind of a hard to process so many characters with my limited knowledge. Hopefully an update will happen to make this app have other languages soon. Back in the US most languages, no matter how small, tend to be covered in most government funded materials.

the app doesn't work with the regular easy card, which I just got a few weeks ago so it's not some old tech, has to be a "super" easycard for some stupid reason. it's your card, make it work with your app... how am I supposed to check the balance and yes No English, that you promised a year ago at least.
