Who was in which room? Alibi Manor is a cozy detective logic puzzle. In every case, four to six suspects were somewhere in a cutaway building when something went missing. Read the clues, place each suspect in the right room, then use the starred evidence to name the culprit. Every case has exactly one solution, and logic alone gets you there: no guessing required.
HOW IT PLAYS
• Tap a suspect, then a room. Clues such as ""Finch was directly above Quill"" or ""Lark was next door to Brass"" narrow the options step by step.
• Rule out rooms with X notes, undo any move, restart a case without losing your time.
• Clues check themselves as you play, or switch that off in the settings for a purer challenge.
• When everyone is placed, make your accusation.
HINTS THAT EXPLAIN
Stuck? A hint shows the next logical step and explains why it follows from the clues, so you learn deduction instead of just getting the answer. After every case, ""How it fits together"" lays out the whole chain of reasoning.
60 CASES IN 5 LOCATIONS
Hawthorne Manor, the Night Express, Seabright Lighthouse, Grand Hotel Bellevue and Calloway Museum, each with its own floor plan: rooms side by side, train cars in a row, a lighthouse tower, two floors of a hotel, three floors of a museum. The cases grow from direct clues to long chains of deduction and proof by contradiction.
A WHODUNIT WITHOUT VIOLENCE
Ten recurring characters, a vanished sapphire, swapped nameplates, a forged invitation. A cozy mystery in the warm style of golden-age detective stories: thieves, pranksters and forgers, never murders.
